Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

I have suffered from OCD almost all my life, and over the last few years this has caused a lot of anxiety, which has made life very difficult.

Conventional medicine has not seemed to help very much, and I have tried a few other complementary therapies to no avail.

When my wife suggested I should try Acupuncture I went along without any expectation of it helping me. However, after a few sessions with Stephen, I have found that I do feel some improvement and a lessening of the anxiety.

Stephen is a very pleasant person, who made me feel at ease and able to talk about my problems, which are quite complex.

My wife says that over the last couple of months I have been a much more pleasant person to live with.
